  Leben & Wirken (Englisch)	I was a bridesmaid at Auntie Marjorie's wedding which would have taken place at the Warm Lane Synagogue which is very close to their home. I called Marjorie and Alf Auntie and Uncle as it was rude in those days to call an older person by their first name. They lived on Dartmouth Road in the Cricklewood area and Edward may have attended the North-West London Jewish Day School where I went. The school opened in 1945 and is still in operation. I have a picture of me in my bridesmaid's dress which I could send you if you wish. I think that I was around six years old at the time but I can remember the wedding very vividly.  [1]
