    Leben & Wirken (Englisch) My grandfather, the husband of Hava Hepner, was David Haisinovich, son of Nisan whose family name formerly was Nisnevich. David"s cousin was Abba Ahimeir, closest friend of Zabotinsky, founder of Beitar youth organisation. Living in Israel we kept connections with this family, knew personally the widow of Abba and still periodically speak with his elder daughter Zeeva (96). Both David and Abba studied together in Liege. David died in 1950, probably from a high dose of irradiation.
